Per candidarsi come Socio (Chef de Rang) bisogna avere non meno di 20 anni e aver maturato almeno 2 anni di attività professionale da Chef de Rang o Convivier (anche non consecutivi e anche nell'esercizio di cui si è eventualmente titolare). Il tutto deve essere documentato.
Al Socio (Chef de Rang) spetta diritto di voto in Assemblea di Sezione e il farfallino color argento.
