Ogni aspirante Socio deve in primo luogo contattare il Fiduciario della Sezione di cui vuole fare parte, inviandogli la domanda, due fototessere (preferibilmente in divisa) e un curriculum completo e aggiornato. Dovrà essere il Fiduciario a confermare la categoria di appartenenza scelta o, eventualmente, consigliarne una nuova.
Le domande non vidimate dal Fiduciario non saranno prese in considerazione.

SOSTENITORE
Possono fare domanda come Sostenitori i ristoratori, albergatori, imprenditori non praticanti l'attività di Maitre, ma anche gli amanti del cibo e del buon bere che vogliono sostenere l'Associazione.
I Sostenitori hanno diritto di voto e possono partecipare a tutte le attività organizzate dalla Amira.
